Refund Policy

This policy will apply once paid Report Credits and employer plans are enabled.

Unused Report Credits

Unused Report Credits may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Unlocked reports

Because unlocked reports provide immediate access to digital information, used Report Credits are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for duplicate purchases, technical errors, or accidental unlocks reviewed in good faith.

Employer subscriptions

Employer subscriptions may be canceled for future billing periods. Partial refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or agreed in writing.
