Methodology

What WorkSignals collects

WorkSignals collects structured workplace signals submitted by users. Signals may include meeting load, camera expectations, monitoring practices, RTO risk, manager autonomy, remote work flexibility, and optional written context.

Structured signals first

We prioritize structured fields over unstructured commentary. This helps reduce noise, improve comparability, and avoid unnecessary personal attacks or unverifiable claims.

Moderation

Submitted workplace signals are initially stored as pending submissions. They are not automatically published as paid reports. Submissions may be approved, rejected, edited for formatting, or excluded if they contain personal names, private contact information, confidential documents, or abusive content.

Reports are informational

WorkSignals reports are informational and based on available workplace signals. They should not be treated as guarantees, employment advice, legal advice, or a complete representation of a company or team.
