Privacy Policy

WorkSignals collects account information, authentication data, submitted workplace signals, report unlock activity, Thanks activity, and basic site usage information needed to operate the service.

Account information

We use Supabase Auth to manage user accounts. Email addresses are used for login, account security, service-related notices, and account-linked activity such as Report Credits and unlocked playbooks.

Submissions

Users may submit company playbook notes, interview questions, hiring routes, workplace context, and similar information. Public-facing reports should not include personal names, private contact information, or confidential documents.

Guest contributors may optionally provide a contact email. This email is used only for moderation follow-up, contributor appreciation, or service-related communication about the submission. It is not displayed publicly.

Thanks and report activity

WorkSignals may track whether a signed-in user has unlocked a Company Playbook or sent Thanks to a note. This helps operate the product, prevent abuse, and identify useful contributions.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider. WorkSignals does not store full card numbers.
