WorkSignals provides informational Company Playbooks and workplace signal reports based on submitted and structured workplace information. Reports are not guarantees, legal advice, employment advice, or a substitute for independent diligence.

User submissions

Users may submit interview questions, hiring routes, workplace context, red flags, team culture notes, and other company playbook information. Users must not submit personal names, private contact information, confidential documents, unlawful content, threats, harassment, or knowingly false information.

We may moderate, reject, remove, edit for formatting, summarize, or exclude submissions for safety, quality, legal, operational, or editorial reasons.

Contributor appreciation

WorkSignals may, at its sole discretion, select certain useful contributions for appreciation rewards such as gift cards. Rewards are not guaranteed, are not compensation for employment or services, and may vary by availability, region, contribution quality, user response, and operational judgment.

Abuse, spam, duplicate submissions, fabricated submissions, submissions containing prohibited content, or attempts to manipulate Thanks or unlock activity may disqualify a contribution from any reward consideration.

Report access

Report Credits may be used to unlock eligible Company Playbooks for a limited access period. Access terms, available content, and report availability may vary.

Employer responses

Employers may request to claim pages, monitor workplace signals, and submit official responses. Payment does not guarantee removal of user-submitted content.
