A Letter from the Founder

“When I left a certain company, I acted out of genuine goodwill and a sense of social justice.”

I wanted to reduce the unfair realities that the people still working there—and those who would join after me—didn't even realize they were enduring, so that they could achieve greater happiness in their lives.

At great personal risk to myself, I sat down and legitimately wrote the unvarnished, whistleblowing truth about that company on major career review platforms (the ones starting with a capital “G”).

I created WorkSignals because I wanted to provide information that genuinely benefits the real reader—the worker.

In a sense, I am building this for the past version of myself.

If the past me had had this platform back then, while I am happy today, I know I could have lived an even happier life—or at least cut short the painful waste of my precious life time.

Our lifespan is finite. It is my deepest conviction that every worker's precious, limited lifetime should be spent in a fulfilling way.
